Die site is blijkbaar van een gast die voor de fun de beelden van honderden matchen van over heel de wereld bekijkt en dan scoutingrapporten maakt over jonge spelers op basis van wat hij ziet en op basis daarvan hun potentieel probeert te ranken op een schaal van 1-10. Heel erg subjectief natuurlijk, maar kan al een aantal indicaties geven over kwaliteiten of gebreken van een speler.
